Vintage Silver Piano Which Opens Up Revealing Musical Notes Charm

A lovely vintage piano charm which is decorative on the outside and has openwork on the top.  The piano opens up to reveal musical notes inside.  It has a jump ring attached for soldering onto a charm bracelet.

It measures 18mm x 9mm x 10mm.

Weight - 4.6gms.

Unmarked but tested as silver.

There are the usual marks of wear on the surface with this being a vintage item, however, the condition is very good.
