DELIVERY & RETURNS
DELIVERY TO THE UK
There is FREE delivery on all items over £100 to all addresses in the UK. The item will be sent Special Delivery Signed For which is usually next day guaranteed and will require a signature. However, if you order on a Friday after 1pm or at the weekend your item will usually be posted on Monday.
Orders under £100 will usually be charged £3.99 for Royal Mail Recorded Track & Trace. This service can take up to 5 days. If you want the item more quickly you can alternatively opt for Special Delivery Signed For with a charge of £7.99. Alternatively if you order any item up to £19.99 you can also opt for Standard Delivery which is £1.99 and this will be sent by first class post. This will usually arrive the next working day, however please allow up to 5 days in case of any delays with Royal Mail.
PLEASE NOTE that if any order is placed after 1pm on a Friday or at a weekend, your item will usually be posted out on a Monday.
Apologies but NO item will be posted to any P.O. Box addresses.
DELIVERY TO EUROPE/INTERNATIONAL
For delivery to Europe and International countries there is a charge of £35. Your item will be sent by Airsure Royal Mail Tracked & Signed which is an insured postal service. This takes up to 10 working days to arrive.
On all international orders, the customer is responsible for all duties costs, any taxes or tariffs that may be incurred. Please contact your local customs office for further information before you place an order as Cobble & Green have no control over these charges.
There may be certain restrictions on some of our items that is on the website will apply to your country. It is also your responsibility to make sure that any item that you purchase from Cobble & Green is permitted for you to receive, and this meets with relevant laws and regulations of your country.
Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to customs charges, delays or restrictions, and Cobble & Green cannot be held responsible for any liabilities or costs once your item has left the UK.
RETURNS POLICY
Cobble & Green hope you are pleased with your online purchase. Please check your item carefully and if you are not happy and wish to exchange or return it please contact by email at info@cobbleandgreen.com within 7 days of receipt and providing the item has either not been worn or is not damaged in any way and in its original condition. Earring purchases are only acceptable for a refund if they are faulty due to hygiene purposes.
If your item has been damaged on arrival or lost in transit Cobble & Green do not assume liability or responsibility for this as all items are sent as securely as possible for your peace of mind. However Cobble & Green will try to resolve this issue with you in contacting the postal office for you.
Cobble & Green would ask that any items be returned to us at your expense as refunds will not be given for return postage. Cobble & Green strongly recommend that you return the item by Special Delivery for all UK orders and if sending back from abroad they are sent by Airsure Tracked & Signed for or FedEx, as we are also not liable for any charges for items which are lost or damaged before they reach us.
All refunds will be reimbursed by the method of the original transaction within 30 days.
Alternatively Cobble & Green are happy to exchange your item for another item of the same value.
