Cobble & Green's online shop is hosted by Shopify Inc.  They provide the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products to you.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, which is the legal requirement for ordering any item on our website.

Your may not use my products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature.  Any breach of this will result in an immediate termination of your services to this website.

We accept payment by PayPal and other major credit and debit cards.  All payments must be verified and sent out to the registered card holder only.

When you place an order with me online, Cobble & Green do require your name, address and any other relevant contact details in order to process your order. 

Cobble & Green obtain your contact details for use of completion of your order transaction and the details will be stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  Occasionally Cobble & Green will send you any offers available by email.

Cobble & Green are committed to protecting your privacy and your details will never be passed onto any third party, unless your permission is obtained or the law requires for this to be relevant.

You agree NOT to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of this website including ALL photographs and this copyright law must not be broken by any person using this website.  These terms are governed in accordance with the English Law and Regulations.

Cobble & Green ensure that all information made available on this website is accurate.  I reserve the right to change the contents at any time and Cobble & Green do not have any obligation to update you.  It is your sole responsibility to monitor our changes of our website.

I have made every effort to be accurate with the images of our products.  I cannot guarantee that your computer display will be the same, so certain tones of photographs may look different from the photographs taken. 

I reserve the right to change and amend this website and the products, prices, photographs within it at any time.

I reserve the right to refuse an order from you.  If the order is placed by the same customer in which the addresses or credit card information is restricted or differs.  If you place an order on this website you agree to pay quickly for this with all the correct information.  I do take precautions to protect your personal information and follow all the best practices.
