Vintage Fine Quality Hollow Violin Charm With Jump Ring Attached Circa 1970s

A vintage violin charm which is hollow and well detailed on the front.  There is an open jump ring attached which is worn but says 375 Italy.  This may not be the original.  The charm is unmarked but has been tested and it is all 9 carat yellow gold.

The charm measures 25mm x 7mm.
