An Original, Rare Antique Prescription and Envelope, Dated 22 June 1908

Regular price £45.00 £0.00 Unit price per

A wonderful original, rare antique prescription and envelope. It has been prepared by Shirtliff & Co Wholesale Manufacturing & Retail Chemists of 66 Goldhawk Road, London.  There is a motif logo on the left of the envelope.  It has a telephone number 1018 Hammersmith.

Inside is the original prescription which is dated 22 June 1908.  It has a list of items which were bought including cotton wool, plasters and Horlicks malted milk and the prices are on the right.  It also says "paid with thanks 22/6/08 Shirtliff & Co.

The envelope measures 138mm x 81mm when closed.

The prescription measures 206mm x 174mm when open.

The condition of these items is very good, although please note that there are obviously signs of wear and tear due to the age of them.  The envelope has come away a bit at the sides, however, they are both in tact but have some creasing, marks and stains which can be seen very clearly in all of the photographs.

Overall, a delightful and interesting item from history.  There are also many other ephemera items available so please do have a browse.
