A superb old antique jewellery display box for an engagement ring or gemstone ring.  Navy blue exterior and a velvet and silk cream interior.  There is a gold colour ridge outside to open and close and it is hinged at the back.

It has the name of the jewellers as Bruder & Rowell who used to specialise in watches and clocks as well as jewellery.  They had a wonderful little shop at number 8 Pool Valley, Brighton, East Sussex in the early 1900s.

The box measures 4cm x 3.5cm x 3cm.

The box is in really good condition, there are a few marks on it due to the age of it, so please do study all the photographs carefully.  Overall, this is a wonderful old box and it still closes and opens very securely.
