"Christmas Greetings" Card from Monty Banks to Greta Fayne, 1917

This is a wonderful Christmas greetings card from Monty Banks addressed to Greta Fayne.  The envelope is dated December 1917.  The card has a horse shoe and photo of Monty Banks, who was born in Italy and was a silent movie actor back in the early 1900s.  It also has his handwriting on it too.

The envelope and card measure 17cm x 12.5cm.

The envelope has been opened with a paper knife and so is open at the top.

Both are in good condition considering they are over 100 years old.  The edges on both are a little scuffed but overall a lovely item for anyone interested in early theatre and film actors.
